Shipping & Delivery Terms

All shipments from Jamnagar Brass Components are made on an FOB (Free on Board) JNPT Port, India basis. Freight and insurance beyond JNPT Port are to be arranged by the buyer. Delivery timelines depend on order quantity and production schedule (usually 6-8 weeks).
Customers may coordinate with their nominated freight forwarders for smooth logistics.

Return & Replacement Policy

At Jamnagar Brass Components, we are committed to delivering high-quality brass components that meet international standards.
If any product is found to be defective (manufacturing defect only) or not as per the agreed specifications, we offer a replacement or corrective action within 5 weeks from the date of claim confirmation. The parts must be unused and free from damages.
